Objective

Digital Design
Designed screen-ready static and motion graphics for implementation on digital displays in the public-facing areas of the Terminals. Content included general awareness messages, wayfinding directions, concessions directories and illustrative maps of the airport. Additionally developed signage for Federal regulations during COVID-19 restrictions.
Digital Content Management
Organized and distributed digital content to stakeholders, vendors and the ITS department for various projects at the DFW Airport. Also maintained the content libraries and file version control for the Planning department. Additionally devised naming conventions for file archives.
Digital Project Coordination
Directly managed the development and launch of a SharePoint-based tracking system in response to an ever-growing need to track the numerous signage requests received by the department. The proprietary system, which was released in January 2020, was custom-developed in-house by ITS over several months with my continuous oversight and direction.
User Interface Design
Devised an engaging, color-coded button display to replace complex interfaces and help alleviate confusion for passengers who are entering and exiting the Airport. The initiative helped optimize the existing kiosks in alignment with operational objectives for the Parking department and was completed within the specified time frame resulting in improved throughput at the Control Plazas in the fiscal year 2019.
Visual Communications
Designed effective visual images for various projects as needed. Created imagery according to company guidelines for print projects, motion graphics, basic video editing and 3D renderings. Responsible for creating high-profile visuals for Executive reviews. Also focused on static and digital signage design in terminals, facilities and on roadways.
Governance Process Development
Developed a governance process and spearheaded the formation of a Sign Committee at DFW Airport. The purpose was to engage key stakeholder departments for critical decisions about signage messaging and placement. My role was responsible for coordinating and facilitating committee meetings in addition to assisting the Chairman with presentations, mockups, and post meeting follow up.
Creative Direction
Directed the development of multiple visual projects, from start to finish, for informational, directional, and promotional projects airport-wide. Applied efficient practices to define the scope and create measurable objectives. Developed positive and effective working relationships with team members, consultants, and external contractors to coordinate, delegate and complete projects on-schedule.
